88 mini 14" to 93 mini 15" converison

I'v got an 88 grand caravan and i'd like to know what it takes to put the 15" setup from my old 93 onto it. i'v got the wheels, hubs, brakes for front and the whole rear axle assembly (Hubs, Brakes, Drums, Spindles, Cross Bar, Leafs, ect ect ect.

I really like the rims i had on my 93.

I'v got two pics of the rims for each van.

The one doesn't show the center cap, but i have all of them...

OK, I know you're in love with your '93 wheels, but if the bolt patter is different on the '93 (5x114.3 I'm guessing), just find some 15" wheels for the old 5x100 pattern. MUCH more simple. There are many wheels from that age that are 15". I have the "snowflake" wheels on my turbo mini (for now...hehehe). :)
