it comes with brackets, no big deal. Go here:

with this rail you either (a) have to run an external AFPR, or (b) have to purchase an adapter to run the stock style FPR with this rail. If your going to the trouble to install this rail, and take advantage of it, might as well go with an external AFPR.

Yeah already got the external, that's why I had to bid :) I'm getting so close that I can almost put my motor together!
