Went 12.16@113, 1.76 short time & 7.86 1/8th@91.5.

Now the bad news, burned #2 piston, guess its time for a wide band!!!

Cool thing is running 118mph @7500rpm in 3rd gear, 3.50 final drive with 23" slicks. I wonder how fast it will go in 5th?

Lost #2 top of 2nd gear and still beat the Late 80s Camaro on the gas.

Sucks about the piston, but sounds like it's running pretty strong otherwise. With that mph in 3rd it's time to head west and get some salt flat runs in for top speed. My guess is around 170.

Congrats on the time but bummer on the piston.

How many is that so far? :(

That would be the first TIII piston he's sacrificed to the boost gods. Cranks and rods, well....I'm getting tired of helping stab short blocks into the little beast!

Hell!!!, I'm getting tired swapping engines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At least the rods & crank are o.k. this time, so we can do an inframe.

Nice run! To bad about the piston. Was great seeing it at SDAC, before the "spin"...

Very impressive. Heck you could probably make use of the 3.05 FD hybrid. That would be a bad mofo, and imagine how fast that would go! Actually I have figured it out. I think it is about 211 on a 23" tire IIRC.
