On a 95 Neon, I did a 2.4 swap, the computer controls the alternator and it was disabled to run the Microtech sooooooooo I need a regular voltage regulator for the alt, my local guy who might know this is on holidays for another week. :(

The external regulator for an older Mopar should probably do the trick, most everything chrysler made in the 70's came with them.

thats what I used, but there are 2 diff ones. Get the '70+ version but you'll need the pigtail also, local store here had them. Also Summit has a few different regs

the one on the left is the older pre '70 version. The right is the '70 till mid to late 80's version and what I recomend.

The one on the right is what I'm thinking of, and it could probably be found in wrecking yard pretty easily as well.
