I am looking for a good quality aftermarket blow off valve for the Shelby Charger. I'm tired of the junk crushed DSM unit I have.

The plastic Turbonetics "street" BOV (by Bosch) on on the Shadow holds up to 27psi on a stock T2(T03) Garrett but not sure how much it holds with a bigger turbo.

I really like the HKS unit on my Z but I cannot find them any more :(

I think I may just bite the bullet and buy a nice Turbonetics or Greddy BOV.

I know a guy with an RFL who may be willing to sell it, I'll mention it to him tonight.

A local has an HKS Super Sequential BOV for sale. It's brand new and he wants $125 for it. They retail for $250+. Any opinions on it?

Definitely, the SSQV is a great BOV, I want to get one myself but can't swing it right now.

I am going to pick it up this week. I will have to buy their goofy flange though.

Make sure it is a real one and not a knockoff.

This guy was a dealer and this is a leftover from his business that was ruined by knockoff parts.

He doesn't have any more of them. I'm hoping he can find the flange that goes with it. $40 for a flange is hard to swallow.

Unless they have really gone up since I last bought mine you should be able to find one for much cheaper than that.

I got an RFL flange on an aluminum pipe for $15 on Ebay. Cheap, sure, but it's nice and solid and fits great.

The HKS flange is pretty specific. It has a really goofy way to mount it. It has an O-ring that sits in a groove in the flange. You then put the BOV on top of the O-ring and hold it down with a C-clip.

Kevin, I have an HKS flange. It's actually a two-piece flange made by ATP Turbo, using their 'modular' BOV flange setup. There is a lower piece that welds on (I have alum and steel versions) and then the HKS flange just screws right on.

Here is a picture from their catalog:

You can have is for $15, let me know if you still need one.

I will give the guy I bought my BOV from a few days to look for the one he thinks he has. I will take a steel flange if he doesn't find his.
