View Full Version : Must Sell T2 Omni

I am seriously looking to sell my Omni. I know I should probably just keep it and having fun with it, but I seem to always be lacking time to make the car the way I want it :( ...and I am looking to focus my dollars on my GTP.

Originally it was a regular 87 Omni...then a good friend of mine took all the "good stuff" from an 87 CSX and put it in the omni. So it has a nice t2 set up, with performance LM, 4-wheel disc brakes, talon bov, 2 piece manifold setup, A-520 transmission w/recent clutch, nice 2.5 exhaust with only a glass pack (sounds good). Engine was a recent rebuild I am guessing around 30-50k. Lots of other new stuff and fixed stuff. It ran thru the traps at 102-103mph in the 1/4 when my buddy owned it. Car was running great until alternator crapped out, I hope to have that fixed within a week or so.

Selling for $1,400 (no reasonable offer refused)

|THis used to be my car (and slaskys, and a few other people's:D ). Dave did a lot of work in getting this car back on the road and actually road WORTHY. I wish he would keep it, but BUMP for a nice deal.

Thanks for the bump...I just ordered a set of new Enkei 18" rims with some "ultra high performance" tires for the GTP...so now I could use some more cash :D

I have a deposit in hand :clap2:

Just have to fix the alternator tomorrow and it will be out the door.

Man! Im not your friend anymore. Who bought it? Are the intersted in joining the local SDAC chapter. Give them my contact info.

I actually sold it to a local guy thru craigslist :thumb:

He says he worked on a friends csx a lot and always thought he would like a turbododge. Fortunately for me he had just sold a guitar amp for $1,400 and had the cash to spend. The alternator is fixed...I ripped around the neighborhood a little this morning...and the car should be gone some time tonight. It is sad to see it go...but I can't wait to have some cash in my pocket :eyebrows:
