Due to PM's regarding fairness, witnesses etc.etc. I decided to conduct the drawing at the SoCal SDAC meeting on 9-6-07. Being Chris attends these meeting sometimes I'll let him pick the winner if he's there. Plus it'll give more people a chance to enter. Hopefully this will put any doubt's anyone has at ease.
