I have an OBX LSD but I believe these only directly swap into the A523 (have one).

Sould I sell the OBX..save for a Qualif (sp?) which will drop into my A568.
Or do a A568 A523 Hybrid and use the OBX
Or just run my A523 with OBX
Or just the A568 with out an LSD

Hybrid w/ OBX FTW!

The Cheapest way to a strong tranny with higher gear ratios is to run a 3.50FD from an older 523 with the gears from a 91+ 523 with an OBX.

It is higher gearing than a 3.77FD with 568 gears and lower than a 3.50FD with 568 gears...

The newer 523 gears are also stronger than the older ones.

Of course since you are a TIII guy you also either need a tranny with the CPS hole. So that leaves either the 568 or means you have to add the hole yourself with something like the jig someone created in another thread.

Car is for Driving...Some trackdays but not an all out racer (Race car plans died due to lack of funding).
Car will have Full Konis and Eibachs.

I'd like to tackle making a hybrid trans, but would hate to wreak 2 transmissions LOL

Can I use the left over A568 parts and put them back into the A523 and have a reverse Hybrid for a different car? I'm guessing this would make realy low gear ratios thou?
