89 Lebaron GTC forsale in local paper

1989 Chrysler LeBaron GTC, 4 cyl turbo, needs some work. $800 obo. 812-877-6814

TI automatic. Lace wheels, 4 wheel disc brakes, yada yada yada.

Ive looked at the car. Its decent. You could eat off the engine compartment, its VERY clean, shockingly clean in fact. Interior is decent.

Only real issues are rust at bottom of drivers door, and the pass. front and rear fender have dents.

I looked at the car a few months back and they would not budge off the $800 price. Now they have obo on it.

Someone who's into J bodies should probably pick this up.

If I call and they will take $500 for it, Ill just cut the thing into little pieces! ;)

Yes, it ran the one time I was there. Sounded fine. No knock, no top end noise. It actually sounded pretty good.

Oh, and the parts I left out.

New brakes all the way around. everything replaced with in the last year.

New radiator

New A/C, and it blows ice cold!

The reason the people who own it wont come off the price a few months back is because they put $800 into the brakes alone in the recent past.

Heck if it was in Ottawa I'd think about swapping my stuff into the body... but... nope. Importing... and it also has rust. Meeh. :blah:

I wonder what rear discs are on it - the vented Shelby Daytona, or solid small ones...

My 89 T2 GTS has drums. :(

The main title read "GTS" when in fact this is a 2 door GTC!!

If it was a GTS, I would have probably bought it. I likes da 4 doors!
