I'd like it but I've gotta work my butt off to clear my driveway and pray for spare cash.

For $300 I'd be all over it if it weren't in Canada :(

If that wasn't in Ontario, I'd pick it up, swap the best stuff onto mine (and vice versa), and use it as a nice winter car! haha

did they make garnet cars in 84? I thought they started black and garnet both in 85.

I didn't think they made garnet in 84, but it is a 4 lug, non turbo model. I know when I bought one new in 84 they only had silver and blue on the lot. I did send an e-mail. Ill get it next weekend if we can work it out...to restore, not part out...

Looks too good for parting for sure.

I was thinking '84s had the "hot" version of the N/A motor in, and it would be quite fun still with the revvy 2.2

For '84, there were a few notable changes. For starters, a new exterior color scheme was added to the lineup: Garnet red with silver stripe/trim.

Darn - another great deal on a TD. Where are these deals out here in Cali?

That cars really clean good deal or not I'd just like to see it go to a good home.
I cry every time I hear one got crushed.

Wish it wasn't in Canada or my family would definitely buy for sure. We have an 84 Shelby, Garnet/w silver, automatic car. We were told that there was about 6 made like it.
