i pretty well have all the mounts situated for the 2.4, the only one i dont quite understand yet is the pass side. I have been studying finished products, also reading what people have posted, I also have been to the j-yard to study stratus mounts, still not quite getting how it is a direct bolt in. the neons look closer, you can put a bolt right through the factory old style motor mount. I understand that the neons guys are making there own 2.4 mounting brackets for a reason, so i know that this isnt going to work. the stratus mount looks like a whole other monster, totally different setup.

So....my question is...Does the whole stratus mount bolt right on to the TD pass side frame, and all you have to do is add some spacers from the mount to the block to get everything to align correct? Am I in the right direction at all?
thanks

On SpeedEuphoria's plog you can see how to use the neon adaptor with the stratus engine mount and the chrysler body mount in pictures 15 and 16. You use the aluminum part of the startus mount that bolts directly to the engine and then the neon adaptor with a long bolt going through the factory body mount.

I personaly didn'y like the looks of the single sheer mount so I fabbed my own using the stratus engine piece, a stock TD mount and some extra steel to get a solid double sheer mount.

I personally dont like it either, but seems to work(grade 8). I need to take the hood back off sometime and watch the motor or if I ever get to the dyno I will video it to see. I also have a rear mount that helps.
