Nice Job Barrry, felt like I was at SDAC 17, :partywoot:

I saw the pics of Larry's RWD CSX, do we have anymore info? I saw the engine bay and went WTF then saw 2 more pics. RWD Neon head or Neon motor, pretty sweet, :amen:

Supra trans with a Dakota bellhousing... fast as stink at the track when he got the shifting down!!! Holset turbo I believe. Larry did all of the fabing himself!

Really was a great car!

Glad you liked it Simon. :D

Larry is on TD once in a while, but he really isn't very active on the boards at all. I was really surprised by his car. I hadn't walked by it at the hotel and the first time someone told me it was RWD I argued with them because it was FWD at Topeka last year. A couple other folks then chimed in to correct me and I knew it was time I get another look at his car. :D He's a little like Warren Stramer in that he doesn't say much, but his work speaks volumes! :thumb:

Mmmmmmmmmm, not at SDAC!!!

Thanks Gary, anymore info on how he did it. The first pic that caught my eye was his timing belt cover, sticks out like a sore thumb in the newsletter, ;)

I did the same double take but the turbo caught my eye first. Those Holsets jump right out at me now. But the thought I had was "how did he get it over there?", until I noticed the timing belt cover you mentioned. I bet that thing rips. The power of a 16v and the traction of RWD to hook it up. All in a lightweight little (stock looking) Sundance :thumb:

The car goes like stink too. It ran high 11's breaking loose mid track.

If he gets it to hook and go straight, it will have loads of potential.
