86 sc +40 stage 2 glhs computer 50 trim turbo afpr wrx intercooler -bov i can't make but 2lbs of boost w2hat could this boost and my egt gauge is way apassed 1500 degrees

IC piping leaks? I'm assuming probably Graingered, so did you check it?

What is the fuel pressure set at??? High egt's can also be caused by excess fuel burning as it leaves the head.

Stage II GLHS comp and set for 15 psi boost, You should have your fuel set at 24-28psi to start and work it out from there.
