1985 & 1987 Dodge Shelby Chargers for sale in Oklahoma. The '87 is a complete car with a zero-mile, custom-built Turbo I engine, along with tons of additional new parts in the car itself. It is a 5-speed with sunroof. Great body, good title, tagged non-op. Engine has never been started, it has only been installed and most of the under hood hooking-up is done. Maybe a weekend worth of work will make it drivable. The alternator, A/C, and the rest of the accessory brackets and electrics need to be hooked up and the engine started.

The '85 is a black/silver car, complete minus engine/trans, and is titled, no tag. Has some very minor rust (the red car has the best body!). The black car has the better overall interior, though both cars have good ones to start with. Glass is good on both cars. Both have pizza wheels, plus there is an third set of polished pizzas that go with. One set of rear window louvers. Pics available to the serious buyer. Might consider Mopar trades. Asking $2,250 cash money. Cars are garaged together in Oklahoma City, OK.

$2,000 cash money buys the pair! There also is a set of rear window louvers, an NOS nose, an '84 front spolier, and some other pieces not mentioned in the top ad. WILL NOT PART!

Might trade for anything interesting - pickup camper, flatbed trailer, older Dodge or GM 4x2 or 4x4 pickup, ATV, new aluminum dually wheels (x4) for a '96 Dodge 3500, etc. Damn near anything is possible, EXCEPT boats or other watercraft.

Bump! Come on, there has to be someone in the Southern Plains states that is looking for a nice, damn-near-ready-to-run project Charger with all of the goodies! I'd even sell the red car with parts from the second car, versus selling both and having the buyer actually taking both cars! I'm open to just about any realistic cash or trade offers (no BS or low-balls! I want to sell, but don't have to sell!). I have too many projects going on right now and want to concentrate on two other cars I have to build. These are taking up room in my shop and I want to sell or trade them.

Notice, the pics I've linked to do not show the nose on the red car. I have a NOS nose piece not pictured, plus the black car has a nearly perfect nose, itself!

The black car did not sell, after all, so it's still available. It is a 1985, not a 1987, as I had advertised it. Guess looking at the title helps, right???

I'm putting both cars on ebay. Item number is 200165142589 (1985 parts car) and 200165150338 (1986). The auctions start at 6:00 pm Saturday, October 20th and runs five days. NO RESERVE on the parts car!

OK, guys, SOMEONE has to want a little ricer-killer! Here is what I'd be willing to trade for - there has to be someone with a big C-body languishing in the garage that they could get rid of for a car that takes up a lot LESS room in the garage!

Trade possibilities, in no particular order of desire:

1) '69-'71 Fury (any model, including wagon)
2) '65-'66 Fury (same)
3) '75-'78 New Yorker/Newport
4) '75-'78 Royal Monaco
5) '69-'71 Monaco
6) '61-'71 Dodge Sweptline pickup or A100/108 pickup/van
7) Small enclosed single-axle trailer
8) '61-'64 Impala/BelAir/Biscayne
9) Any Hudson or Studebaker
10) '70's Dodge Street Van

What else do you have? I'll consider that, possibly.

PRICE REDUCED - TIRED OF LOOKING AT THEM - CASH MONEY --- $1,250.00 BUYS ALL OF IT! That is the absolute bottom-dollar deal for the whole thing! OR TRADE, OF COURSE!

I have an elderly neighbor who retired from the Navy and Cooper Tools, who has a 6-volt Studebaker inside his garage. It hasn't seen the light of day in the 14 years that I lived down the street!

I would be willing to make something work but Only way I can think of is MoparFWDsleeper (clayton) Buys these from you and brings them to me and he takes me VNT CSX back with him.. Then you get your cars sold, he gets a Low mile VNT CSX and I get a Daily driver and a project in good shape. Win win for everyone and would only put clayton back about 2 grand including gas give or take a hundred bucks...

See what happens, then. Sounds like a plan, if things work out. As with any deal, first one to the finish line wins, of course!

Still for sale - a couple of you have contacted me and I have not heard back since my reply. I really want these cars gone! $1,250 is dirt-freakin'-cheap for TWO cars, and both have paperwork, too, and are 98.7% no-rust (NOTHING is "rust-free"!). Don't know what else to do to get attention to these two cars. The $1,250 is the bottom-dollar price! I want to sell them, but I am not going to give them away, either! I want the space in my shop for a different project.

Anyone...?

Yet another bump. Same price. MIGHT trade (I emphasize "might") for damn near anything Mopar, running/driving/titled, within 300 or so miles of Oklahoma City...preferably...

1) M-body car, (Dip/GranFury/5thAve) any body style, old cop car, maybe?
2) Late B-body - Mirada, Magnum, Cordoba, late '70s Charger
3) Any older Dodge truck, pre-'85.
4) R-body ('79-'81 New Yorker/Newport/St. Regis/Gran Fury)
5) Rampage/Scamp
6) ???

Guys, I have way too damn many cars. Right now, there are eleven in either my shop or the garage. These aren't on the road, and I don't feel like finishing the '87, because I have two others that are demanding my attention. These are in my way. They have been inside since I got them both, and the guy I got them from had them inside for the time he had them, as well.

Last chance. Reduced for the final time to $1,000 for the pair. If they don't go for that, I'm tempted to load both cars up with metal and scale them both. That is THE bottom-dollar, no-trade price. Good till the end of March...after that, they become AK-47s, or whatever the hell the damn Chinese are making our scrap metal into these days.

I wish i had known you had these when I lived in Ft. Sill, OK. I used to go up to bricktown all the time. It's a pretty nice place. We could of been chilling till about a year ago when I got out of the army.

I can't believe these haven't sold. OK, here is the final time, or the cars are getting stripped and the bodies crushed, because I'm tired of looking at them. Offer is good till the end of April. Both cars, complete, as described, titled, for a grand, or will trade if the trader is within 300 miles of OKC, OK. With Diesel at $4.00, I'm not going to go very far with these...delivery is available, but it won't be cheap, either.

With that said, $1,000 buys BOTH cars together, or the '87 and as many parts off the '85 as you are willing to pull. If the cars are not sold or traded by the end of April, I'm pulling the zero-mile 2.2L, along with the transaxle and other select parts and will drag the pair to the crusher. Your chance to save one or both is drawing to a close. I've got other priorities going right now, and these two are waaaayyyy down on that priority scale.

Last chance...

I tell you what. I may know someone who could store them for you until you get them sold. He might would probably come and get them. You know where Boswell is?

87patrick
04-02-2008, 05:29 PM
Boswell - in what state?

Storage isn't a problem - I've had them inside since I got them.
