first r/t kills

I just got my 91 spirit r/t together a few weeks back. Boost is set around 10 psi for break in. Last night almost everyone for the local car scene met together for a cruse. well to make a long story short i had 2 races. first was against a blue wrx station wagon. i dont know what he has done but he jumped out right away then i shifted to second and spun past him, shut down in third when he was well behind me. the second one i was worried about. new Mach1 mustang with exhaust. went from a 40ish roll, i was feeling ----y so i let him have 1 car. 3 honks and i blew past him in third. After i slow down he gets next to me and his girl is laughing and he wont look over and has a pissed off look on his fase.:lol:

I can not belive this car, its amazing at 10psi, i cant wait to turn it up! It make me feel like a kid on x-mas morning everytime the car spools up.

anyway i had to brag, im soo damn happy with this car!

What's your setup? A stock Mach1 will go low 13's with a good driver.

well TIII with .020 forged slugs, balance shafts removed, stage 1 FWD cams, a little porting and polishing on the head, lots of porting on the manifolds (ex mostly), T3/T4 hybryd 50 trim, 3" exhaust with open cutout, large FMIC, FWD cal, 4 puck clutch, and the most important mod....me driving, and im sure theres more im forgetting. soon to be devils own alch set up and 16 psi.

yeh, i was really suspicious when you said you just got it put together at 10psi i.e. i was thinking stock with mbc lol.

thanks, last night i went to pick up ice cream with my girl and a civic hatch was reving at me. well i taught him a leason also. by about 5 cars when i let off. turns out he just had a GSR swap done and i think the car was gutted also. I was happy about this also

i was thinking about crusing across the river and just paiting your car for you... or stripping it.:eyebrows: nah, i may be coming to chicago here in the next month. when i do we need to go out and get a beer. ill try making it on the monthly meeting.
