T-III adjustable cam gears I made for Stephane the less sophisticated T-III gears are for a friend.

Sorry, I don't make them anymore but am glad I made them for Stephane which he used to run his 8.0 at 180 mph.

I also have pics of my hybrid 16v gears as well..but can't find them on the computer thanks to the wifey moving stuff around.

Here's a couple of my NPR intercooler into P-body mounts I made. There are uppers as well that didn't make it into the pics. These mounts bolt right onto the lower radiator support "u" channel re-inforcement hence the reasons for the thin slots on the backsides as they snap into place over that frame piece.

It is in the same garage as an L-body now and will check for fitment ;)

I bought a 3 gallon Jaz fuel cell off ebay to use, and it ended up being to big still, so I just pulled the cap off and used it. I got the aluminum for free and the Jaz cell cost $100, so I am into it for that and a bottle of argon (small bottle). This fuel cell is about 2.5 gallons-ish. Here is a pic with it installed. I think Summit sells vented fuel caps though.

I had a extra pillar gauge pod that I cut down and used a heat gun to shape it to fit to the top of the steering column. I used rivits to fasten it and fiberglass and bondo to shape it. It is only primed right now cause I couldnt find and paint to mach yet and the dealership says they dont sell the inertior paint anymore.

Rear trans mount to make use of a PB Bobble Strut in an L-body, with heim joint shift linkage:

http://i123.photobucket.com/albums/o298/supercrackerbox/IMG_0614.jpg

You can see in the last pic that I did have to notch the one lever slightly, but I really doubt it will affect the strength enough to matter. In retrospect, I should have just moved the top mounting point for the strut down about an inch and a half, because the strut could easily be cut down that much. Also, the strut will bolt to the factory ears on the K-member without being offset. The top pivot point is simply a piece of angle iron which I ground to fit the contours of the diff cover, drilled mounting holes, and welded a pin to the top. I shortened that lever arm about 1/4" to keep everything where it needs to be- got that idea from Powermaxx. Ray (86Shelby) installed the rod ends and assembled everything.

Gimme a few days, I'll have my lower radiator mount up. It'll be almost painfully simple, but if it works, then great.

Dez

Sounds good to me :]

I finished cutting my intake manifold, now it is ready for the other piece to be welded on

I also got a great deal on a few tee's and ells for my Exhaust manifold i will be mocking up soon.

Another thing will be a custom Valve cover, oh, you all shall see :]

Good night.

You have to be a supporting memeber to post attachments. You can host them elsewhere and put them up here using the image tags. If that's not an option for you, email them to me turbodave at boostbarn.com and I'll put them up for you.

Working on a upper 2 piece plenum similar to 8valves. Had the material and idea for a long time now (7-8 years hehe) But 8valves finally motivated me to get off my duff and write the programn and get some vise jaws made up so I can just shove a piece of material in the vise and send it into the machine :) Then I can make as many as I want/need. I'll get a pic when it's done.

Thanks. I use a Miller Synchrowave 250DX, but those are freehand with .035 308L on 304 SS for most of those. 1/8th on the flanges I think is what I usually go with. I tend to like aluminum better, but I can hold my own on stainless .

Your cage looks very nicely done. Nice touch with the tin work as well. :thumb:

Agreed, I like aluminum as well, but I get my fair share of steel and stainless steel...

Is that 250DX water cooled? We have a Miller Synchrowave 250?? (can't remember exact model) but it uses and air cooled torch...

Yeah, it's water cooled. It makes it very nice, I can do an entire water tank or intercooler, extensive high amperage AC operation and it doesn't really even get warm.

Yeah I'll bet!

One of these days I'll upgrade my TIG machine to a water cooled torch assy, but I just don't use it hard enough to justify the extra cost at the moment...
