head porting

i got a big turbo its the sizeof a 20g but if i have the head ex manifold intake ported will that help spool up the tubo better?

Porting the head, intake and ex mannies will help spool the turbo quicker. The best way is to open up the exhaust as best you can. Changing cams, playing iwth cam timing and ignition timing can affect spool up also.
