My girlfriend volunteered me  to change the CV axels in a 94 Nissan Altima SE. Well, not my area of expertise... Can any one here give me some coaching on how to approach this, helpful hints, how to, etc. etc. Any input much, much appreciated. Hope I've got all the right tools to begin with... Thanks G.P.

just take it apart man... stop when the axels are out; then reassemble.

That pretty much sums up my repair philosophy :amen:

And remember, you can never take too much off: you're just checking that those parts were on there tight enough

You might try the help section at www.autozone.com. They have walk throughs on quite a few jobs over there.
