Which one do i need?

I have an 88 Chrysler lebaron turbo 5spd with an automatic computer. I had a 5spd ECU but it malfuctioned on me and had to remove it so I could install my automatic ECU. My question is, I was talking ot Napa and they asked me if I need the California emission or know and I kinda didn't really know the answer.

Do I need the California emission control if I live in CT?


May sound like a stupid question but I really don't know.

CA cars had some additional emisions controls on them like an EGR valve and what not, if your wasn't originally sold in CA it should be ok with the other ECU.

Well my Lebaron was sold and raised in CT so im good with that californa emission. Thank god cause thats one less thing i have to worry about lmao.
