I am putting up for sale my 87 Shelby GLHS #432. I bought it as a project car but want something different now. I have done quite a few things to it to help restore it but it still needs some more TLC.

Just got it inspected in PA with an emissions excempt tag, but have the stock CAT if you need it.

Has completely new rear brake system, changed oil/filter, plugs, air filter, coolant, coolant sensor, headlight, wiper blades/fluid, starter, fuel filter.

Tires are a 9 out of 10.

The bad:

A tear in the drivers seat where your --- goes.
Passenger door is rusty at the bottom but have a New door with pin stripes to make it look brand new. Couple of little dings and scratches that just need fixed.
Needs a new paint job to look perfect and new stickers. Hood and hatch are worst areas.
Original radio only works on AM, the button to switch between the two doesnt work but could be an easy fix.
Has only the koni's in the rear.
Popper for the hatch doesnt work but i am trying to fix that before it goes.

Im looking for around $5200. I am open to offers or trades on the vehicle.

Any interest in a really clean Daytona turbo T1/525? Runs really nice. No rust. Nothing wrong with it. A/C needs a charge, but I could probably swing that prior to the trade. Has 72k original miles. I just did the head gasket with new MP gasket and bolts. New tune up stuff, cap, rotor, wires, belts, etc. Completely stock and unmolested. Adult owned since new with all service records.

Its got its little dings and scratches, couple of cracked moldings, but overall a really nice little Daytona. Turn key and go.

Ill keep that trade in mind. I think I am really looking for a VW beetle/ dune buggy or maybe a nice rampage.

Let me know. If you decide before the weekend of SDAC (June 22nd), I can bring the Daytona down with me to your home and that would make things easy for you.

You ought to bring it out to a local club event. We have one every month.

It sold on Ebay for 2,027 I think. Killer deal.
