How many people have been told to slow it down because of no cage or got away with it? I'm not sure im going to hit my magic number but it sure would be nice!

At PRP in the past at the Test 'n Tune's we've attended, 12 second runs require a helmet and 11 second runs and below require cages. Hope that helps!

I beleive NHRA/IHRA is... 13.99 that requires a helmet, 11.49 requires a roll bar (min 5 pts) 10.49 requires a roll cage (min 10 pts) if the firewall is modified, 9.99 if the firewall is stock...

Also, what it the required helmet spec at this track? is SA-95 still good?

We always ask the track to enforce their tech & safety rules just as if it were a public race day. Some have, and some haven't. This year we are paying for a tech guy for 3 hours in the morning, anybody showing up after noon when tech closes, may not get to race.

IIRC 95 is still good, I think I saw it on their website. There is a link to it on the SDAC site.

I believe '07 is the last year the 95 helmet will be allowed

PRP is IHRA though.

I looked on their site and could not find anything about tech. Even did a search on helmet in their online forum and nothing notable.

I don't think there is anything to worry about on it. SA or M95 should be good to go.
