Just wondering who is all going to be there this Friday. My buddy and I are going to most likely be there racing his 85 Shelby Charger. Hopefully we will get it out of the 16s. We need to figure out what is wrong with it, then play with the boost some. It won't trap higher than 80 mph right now :banghead:

I might be, should have the parts to get the front bumper secure(and let me turn the wheels w/o rubbing) by then and other than that just have to start uping the boost and getting it tuned, I have the weekend off so it may work out. If not, I may go to watch again.

I'm going to try to be there, maybe even with some new stuff on the R/T too.

If anyone can bring a spare working alternator and or some kind of boost controller tonight we would appreciate it.

Didnt go, working on getting the tune more good-er and raising the boost(@7.5psi now). Still have lots to do till I make it up there. I have the weekend of June 22-24 off so I should be ready to go by then(Either Friday or Sat depending on teh wheather and if anyone else is going).

Let us know how it went

We ran er again tonight. Only change was running an open 2.25" downpipe. Everything else is still stock. Boost is at about 7 - 8 psi.

perfect r/t is .500
My best run:
R/T: .4979 (foul)
60: 2.319
330: 6.7698
1/8: 10.4481 @ 66.86
1/4: 16.3081 @ 84.23

My Friend's best time (owner of the car)
R/T: .6631
60: 2.3717
330: 6.8149
1/8: 10.4830
1/4: 16.3537 @ 84.14

Overall, it was not a bad night. We were hoping for 15s, but we are definetly satisfied with the runs. We cut about 6 tenths off our last time. IMO, as long as we improve the ET every time we go, we are doing real good.
