Either way you'll want an afpr. Custom cal would be ideal as well. Beyond that, gonna need a bit more info. What do you have for an intercooler, exhaust, boost level, etc.?

+40's and AFPR... Ported head is the kicker. +20's will handle EVERYTHING the stock turbo/ stock I/c can throw at it.. Port the head.. Better I/c... you will run out of fuel about 270-290whp.

If you go with methanol, it should support up to the limit of your injection setup. I think the pump gas/methanol record is around 500 hp now.
There are some other things to consider, but basically, with a properly tuned Methanol setup, your fuel system is no longer the limiting factor.
At that point, it's more about your head, manifolds, turbo, and intercooler.

The pump has nothing to do with it. It is the +20's that would be the limiting factor for the fuel..

+40's are good to mid 300 to 400 hp level.
