Unhook the return line on the power steering pump and cap it off somehow (a rubber cap of sorts 3/8s in size would work great here). With the return line disconnected, get some extra 3/8s hose and hook it up to the return line with a hose barb adaptor. Now put the hose in a drain bucket. You see whats gonna happen?
Now that the resevoir nipple is capped off and the return line is being fed into a drain bucket we're about ready to start. You can do this 1 bottle at a time or get one big jug and do it at once (easier). Get ready to start pouring fluid into the resevoir - with someone helping you, have them fire up the car (start pouring fluid in now!) and start turning the wheel from lock to lock back and forth (this helps get all the crud out of the rack).
The old fluid will simply run into the drain bucket as you pour the new fluid into the system, voila. I've done this lots and it works quite well. Some pumps pump quite fast and some go slow, so the rate at which you need to pour fluid in might be fast or slow... I'm not sure how the FWD dodge ones work, you may also want to use a funnel. And if you can't keep up pouring fluid in and the pump starts whining, turn off the car and top up the fluid... then start it up again.
