My TIII 2.5L, is an SC50 too small?

Also, can't remember if a 57 trim is ok, I know there taboo for 8 valves.

As far as i can see... the specs are exactly the same as a Garrett/Turbonetics T04E 50-trim. Should be perfect.

Ok, thanks. It has a stage 3 wheel and .48 housing but I will put my old housing on it.

The info i read says that you can order it with either a .48 or .63

Are these Precision turbos you're looking at or the regular T3/T4? Are you going to be replacing the turbine housing with .63? I think Cliff had an .82 housing on his 2.5 TIII...but it was a K-car not a van.

I am looking at both. The SC is a precision unit and I see 57 trim T3/T4's. I just want something streetable and also make 400 whp.

My turbine took a shitt kicking with the valves going thru so looking for another one.

Too small for a 16v... heck, my 8-valve has a bigger wheel ;)

Which one, the SC50?

If its the same as my current turbo, then it should be ok.

The SRT-4 guys are making 450hp with 50trims without breaking a sweat. You should be able to as well, Simon.
