Oil Pump Trouble

Cindy, I ordered a Melling oil pump from you a few weeks back, I took it all down to the machine shop last week.

Fast forward to today when I called him, he told me when he took it out of the box he found that it was used and it was worn inside. He had to order a new one for me as he is trying to finish the rebuild in the next day or so.

I am assuming melling screwed up on packaging or something....
Do I have to contact them?
