thanks frank but i wanted to do it the same way this person did it with the hard lines and all just trying to figure out exactly what size fittings there are

While a hard line might look good, you wouldn't want it to crack. Mopar put those chunks of hose in the middle of the stock turbo coolant line and the stock turbo oil line for a reason - vibration leading to fatigue failure.

If the take off from the high pressure side of the water pump is an elbow on the side - instead if the top - then it won't conflict with the AC - if you ever want AC.

That's a good point, I never even considered the line cracking from fatigue. I guess I'll just have to keep a close eye on it.

Yep, 7/16" bit, 1/4" NPT tap for the threads.
