here goes my set up for this yr.
90 daytona shelby

all stock rebuilt 2.5 turbo motor
arp rod and headstuds
balance shaft oil hole plugged and chain cut.
180* thermo with hole drilled in it.
88 daytona turbo 2 garret turbo @ 20 psi
external deltagate wastegate mounted on ported exh mani below #2 runner.
small front mount.
2.25 metal hot pipe.
2.5 metal cold pipe
rfl blow off
grounded fan switch
2.5 downpipe
3 from where cat was out the back with no muffler.
3 cold air intake with heat shield.
electic cut out eliminator.
mp perf sbec
dsm 390cc injectors
walbro 255 lph pump
vacuum block with stainless -an lines.
rewired fuel pump with 8 guage at rear seat with relay.
3.77 big spline 523
t3 clutch
225/50/16s
battery in trunk
boost/af and egt guages
msd coil
magnacore 8mm wires
ngk bpr7es plugs. 1 step colder
52mm TB

my egts are around 1450 wot stock timing.

all i can think of right now...

ran a 14.40 @ 99 with similair setup with stock injectors and gay mitsu turbo @ 20 psi but was on an n/a 2.5 bottom end so had 8.9:1 comp. blew that up haha.


anyways raced my buddy with a 95 lt1 camaro tonight with bolt ons.
he ran a 13.8 @ 104 last yr.
did a roll from 2nd and pulled about 3 cars on him by the end of fourth.
should put me at about a mid 13@107 maybe. its sucks in 1st and sec though, just lays tire haha.

also walked a 99 up mustang gt in 4th and 5th before i had the external wastegate on and was running only 15 psi.

Well with traction, that should'nt be a problem.

Any porting done?

bone stock brand new cast mexican head. stock cam. 52mm tb and ported intake opening. heavy ported exhaust mani with external wastegate right under #2 runner, works sooooo awesome, big improvement.

I think I talked to you a while back at the import night at PRP and you were telling me about the N/A botom end,good luck with geting it in the 13s this year.

yeah as expected that motor didn't last very long. maybe 6 months, cracked one ring in half and broke a ring land in another cylinder. man that thing got boost pulling out though hahaha. full boost at like 2k.

i dont see why you wouldnt be 13s with that set up.. my old 89 c/s daytona

87 2.2 LW rod motor with 200k on it... ported rebuilt mitzu turbo... stock 2.5 ecu, stock 782 head, t2 rad/ic talon bov, stock ehaust no cat or muffler coming outt he side (stock sized pipe) stock 2.5 injectors (33 pph) dual grangers 12 psi and 22 psi.. 520 trans with relentless 340/350 clutch used mp314 slider cam

bad o2 so was full rich (yeah not good but it worked)

2.2 60 foot ran 13.63 @ 106 or 107 cant rember

so im sure your set up should go 13s with out aproblem.. just get it to hook up
