IHI T3 divided inlet flange in mild steel?

I need a flange exactly like your IHI T3 Divided Stainless Inlet Flange except in mild steel and 1/2" or even better 3/4" thick.
Just thought I'd post to see if you'd be interested in doing a one-off part like that and if so, how much would I have in it?

I'm not in any kind of a hurry on this, but it would be nice to get a yes or no answer so I can pick up a piece of plate and get my O2 bottle filled if I'm going to have to cut the flange myself.:)

I sent an e-mail and got a response back that they only do large runs on flanges, so no one-off or custom pieces.:(

The listing says its 3/8 but mine came in at 1/2". Hope this helps.
