89 Acclaim Intake Mani on 85 Omni

My friend was browsing the local junkyard and came upon a turbo 89 acclaim. He sent me a quick cell phone picture and it looks to me that you could just slap a intercooler on there no problem, unlike my 85 GLH. Could I grab this manifold and use it to intercool my Omni?

Yes - kind of. You are talking about converting your suck through system to the superior blow through system.

Intake bolts on. Exhaust manifold and turbo need to be modified - almost free to do it. Some VERY MINOR wiring.
