Which turbo is this for? The hybrid? I'd say no larger than a 1-5/8". Take a look at Warren Stramers for an idea.

1.90" od, 1.68" id schedule 10 SS is quite nice if you're good at TIG and have a backpurge setup available.

the pipe i bought is about 1.25 (possably a bitsmaller) ID. i bought 3 T's and a 90 for $4. and can get it welded for a case of beer. so all in all i'll be into it for about $30cad. :D

I'm going with 1.5''. I don't know if 1.25'' with even cover the port on the flange will it?

I just went and measured. Side to side is 1'' and up and down and 1.5'', now thats on a stock port. Gasket matched would be more like 1.25X1.75''. Now if you beat a 1.5'' pipe into an oval shape it should be about perfect.

just put the pipe in a vice or a press to squeeze it to an oval shape and you'll be good
