It looks like there put on my one of those engravers, my 91 engine has HM and WL. Another cam has something different?

They are more then likely markings from the supplier to help them in tracking of the parts. What mold / casting or machining equipment was used.

Personally, I love the High Mileage / Worn Lobe comment - that is great!
