A leaking injector? I suppose one could leak down in an hour and flood it out so it would foul all of the plugs and make it hard to start. What do the plugs look like.

Im still saying it's a dying fuel pump. We had the EXACT problems.

Clogged fuel filter maybe?? Bad connection? Check the fuel pressure after start up and before.

Does it start right up if you prime the fuel pump a few times first (turning the key "on" a few times will do the trick)?

Is it hard to start after sitting all night, or only an hour after being driven?

priming or not. same results.

More info would help Gabe, does it start fine in the mornings when cold?

Is the car still a TI? Has it got the heat shield between the intake and turbo? Do you have access to a fuel pressure gauge that you can have connected when this happens?
