Ram SS/T

Was driving my Shadow home from work Fri night and on the last light going out of town, I was beside a ram ss/t. When I was beside him I played a little bit till I heard his exhaust an then it was on. So I had my foot to the floor at a wopping 5psi:eyebrows: and I was gaining on him till he was at about my rear quarter until I shifted to 3rd and he crept to the point that I had a bumper ahead of him and then I started to gain on him till he was just behind my rear bumper when I shut it down.

I am pretty sure he had an exhaust, but obviously not to many mods cause I was only at 5psi with tools and a spare.

But it was fun.

The Ram SS/T came with an upgraded exhaust from the factory. That supposedly accounted for the extra 5-10 horsepower. Everybody thinks mine sounds like dual exhaust.

Ohh I've seen that truck in town here too. Very nice lookin. I love them. I hate when you see "regular" rams with the blue/white striped paint jobs cuz it always gets me looking and then I feel oh so dissappointed :(

Yep. I bought it brand new in 1998. I had plans to hot rod it a little and never got around to it. :o

I'm not sure if it was the same one or not, but I saw one a whole bunch of times today, but I was driving the Lordco car so I couldn't stop to check it out.

honestly, the thing i liek most about ss/t's is the stock wheels. they kick --- for oem!!
