What would I need to change on a TO3 turbo to put one of these on, what kind of improvments will there be and how does the Stage stuff work ei. stage 1, stage 2. What needs to be changed for each stage. I guess I should do some searching.

You wouldnt have to change a thing, just make sure you order the chrysler flanged housing(assuming its for a TD), and swap out the current housing on the turbo
"Stage" refers to the exhaust wheel, with stage 1 being the smallest, if its a stock garrett get a stage 1....the smaller the exhaust wheel will spool up quicker, but a bigger one will flow more cfm thus have the potential to produce more power.
Now is also a great time to consider a larger swingvalve, if you dont at least, have a 2.5" one
heres a great webpage for you to learn the basics of turbos
