I need the width of the Crank Sprocket or any dimensions that you guys can give me. I'm going to find a way to make one.

Thanks,
Joe

Its the same diameter as a round tooth one, when I take mine apart, I'll measure it.

If mine weren't at the machine shop right now i'd find out. Should get it back early this week. I'll post it if it hasn't been posted already

sure it's 1.960 " wide, that is total width. there is a spacer that is machined in it that makes it a little wider, now just the width of the belt area is 1.853"
there are also recessed area's too.you'll need alot of dimentions.. not to mention special tooling..

There is a place up the street that specializes in sprockets and gears. I was going to see if they can't match it up with something else and see if I can get a machine shop to tap some holes.

I'm going to wait until I have a used one in my hands when I do talk to them.

Thank you

I actually found one locally, thanks for the offer:thumb: . I should take it in to see if they can find a duplicate. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow or next week.
