So what fuel rail are you folks using on the 16v conversions??

The Caravan I plucked my manifold from had the no return line rail...

Our T2 rail has the right spacing, but won't bolt up without making adaptors.

Need input!!! :)

you can use the tII or the tI fuel rail just be carefull bending the lines so they don't hit the rad. filler neck or whatever you call it.

will this be done by SDAC 17 ?

Mmmkay, any pics of how to bolt it up??

I'm seeing aluminium spacers in my head....

And I really, really hope to have it done for SDAC 17, I have all the parts now.

The stock regulator on 2.4L cars is in the tank. Most all FI mopars have been setup like that since the mid 90s.

I used a modified FWD performance 8v rail on a manifold I TIG'd together:eyebrows:

I used a log rail on mine that I welded new mounting points to and cut the end off the return side to clamp the FI hose to. I really would like to get a decent aftermarket rail but couldn't find anything that I though was a reasonable price. I haven't looked in a while but hopefully there's something out there.

We're cutting and rewelding the Caravan manifold's fuel rail mounting points to fit the T2 rail....

You could use the schrader valve for the return line. Just take out the valve inside.

There are some custom fuel rails for neons that go to a return line fuel system.
