Power Antena/Radio Help!

I just replaced the power antena in my 90 LeBaron VNT (which was broken) with a working one. Now the new antena won't work and the radio works really quietly? I tried putting the old antena back but it didn't fix the problem.

Anyone know what could be causing that? Burned out fuse or relay?

Is it the stock radio? Does the volume change if you put in a tape or is it always quiet?

It's the stock radio (Infinity) and if I put on a tale it plays the same. Really quiet and high pitched.
