I have these kicking around, was going to use them for testing but my motor dropped a valve and its now toast. The S2 has been used, aprox 1 month, great midrange cam on a 2.5L, $160 plus shipping. I need your old cam back or a $25 core charge.
The S3 is what some of the fastest 8 valve guys are running, $210 plus shipping and same deal with the core.

S2 good for a mild build? Ie stock head/intake manifold/exhaust manifold?

Honestly don't know, never tried it on a stockish setup. Check out this out and see what you think-

Unless its TIII stuff, I have more than enough van and 8 valve parts, I need money right now to get the TIII done.

The S2 is better for a 2.5L, I tried it on my 2.2 in a daytona and it lost a good bit of low end but noticeable top end gain. No dyno numbers, but I'd say like 10 HP gain but not worth the torque loss on a 2.2L, I was making ~220 WHP at the time. Never got a chance to try it when I was making 270 WHP, it probably would have worked a lot better on my ported G head instead of a stock swirl.

Yes, and we can argue till were blue in the face, ;)

Point is, some of the fastest TM's run the S3. Take the info or leave it, up to you. Either way, its sold so doesn't really matter. Just wish I had got to try it, I really think my van would have been a beast with it,

I tried an S60 cam with my setup making 260 WHP, that cam was JUNK and made my car run like crap.....I tried tuning, different cam keys and ignition timing also....my car just died on the bottom end but it's super torqey with a stock 88' turbo roller cam. At 270 WHP I made 317 ft/lbs with a super 70 turbo w/.63 housing.
I am sold on roller cams, I will never go back to sliders.

Someone dynoed all the cams on TD and basically said what you just said. I really loved the S2, it made the midrange pull like a banshee and dropped almost a full second at the strip with no tuning.
