Exhaust mani ?????

How hard is it to remove the exhaust manifold studs to the turbo. I have a couple extra and 1 has broken studs and I'd like to clean it up a bit.

With heat, not too hard, use 2 factory nuts and loosen the lower one after jamming them together. I've never tried it without heat.

with no heat almost imposible,heat and lube are the best option.

Yea I was thinking with a torch and some nice heat and a little motivation it would.
