We have a sub-forum here for SDAC members only. To gain access to it, first you need to be an SDAC member in good standing (dues paid up).
Then go to your User Control Panel (User CP) and scroll down to Group Memberships. Click on the SDAC Members Only group. A notice of your request will be sent to me, and I will check your screen name against our members list. It will be helpful if you include your real name in the comments when you click on the box for the group.
At least every couple days, sometimes every day, I check to see if there are requests pending and then I can approve your request. From then on the SDAC Members Only forum will be seen on the main forum page when you login.
This is the only way I can approve you for admission to the forum. The board software does not permit me to add anyone that has not performed the above actions.
Periodically I will prune the allowed list of names because of membership expriation. If you find that you used to be allowed in the SDAC Members Only forum and are not any more, it is probably because you let your SDAC membership expire.
In that case to regain access to the SDAC Members Only forum, it will be necessary to renew your SDAC membership and then follow the above instructions again.
