2.2L A523 '88 CSX-T UPGRADES!!!

CYL HEAD (NOT STOCK, UPGRADED IF POSSIBLE)...
STOCK GARRETT TURBO, OR A LITTLE BIGGER...
255 FUEL PUMP...
ADJ. FPR...
ADJ. CAM GEAR...
UNDERDRIVE PULLEY...(5 bolt)
PERFORMANCE CAM (NOTHING CRAZY)...
.30 JE PISTONS...


LMK WHAT YOU HAVE, AND I WILL ALSO NEED GOOD PICS... MY CSX-T HAS HAD A BLOWN HEAD GASKET FOR A FEW WEEKS, AND IT IS TIME TO UPGRADE IF POSSIBLE... iT IS MY DAILY DRIVER. I NEED IT...LOL... PLEASE EMAIL ME I WILL REPLY QUICKER... SQUIRRELMASTER87@HOTMAIL.COM

I have a Gary D adjustable cam gear-$75 plus shipping

I have an S2 kicking around, $160 plus shipping or an S3 if your interested-$210 plus.


AFPR and 255, I would get them new from our Vendors.

What are the specs on an S2 or S3?


I have a Gary D adjustable cam gear-$75 plus shipping

I have an S2 kicking around, $160 plus shipping or an S3 if your interested-$210 plus.

Well the S2 is a rollerized version of the S60 and these are the specs per Tafts site- 270/259 duration at .006 tappett lift on the intake/exhaust
470/450 gross valve lift on the intake/exhaust
centerline 114

S3-280/275 duration at .006 tappett lift on the intake/exhaust
476/473 gross valve lift on the intake/exhaust
centerline 115

How is this in comparisson to the FM 505...? This is the only aftermarket cam I have used... I never had specs for my old 505... ANyone know??

It is. According to Gary, he only has the lift and take a wild guess what it is, .505 lol!

Yes that is its MAJOR downfall... I HATE Sliders when rollers are available...

Well a cam should be the last thing you worry about anyway. I wouldnt do it. Depending on how well your head is ported, then a Steve Menegon cam would be great.
