Just a heads up for anybody that might be considering this.
I compared the measurements between a turbo Caravan radiator and the stock radiator on my Sundance on Autozone's website. The plan was to use the van rad since it's shorter (about as long as a TII rad) with a sidemount IC. Well, after buying the van radiator, pulling the Sundance radiator, and comparing them, I found out the hard way that the measurements listed were only the size of the core, not the overall size.:mad:
Looking at the measurements, the van rad is less than 1.5" taller which could be made to work, but in reality it's closer to 6" taller when you take into account that the tanks are top and bottom.
At least I was able to return it with no problem.
Anyhow, just thought I'd post this to save someone else the trouble if they get the same idea.
