What kind of bolts should I use for my manifolds, The last bolts that came out of the head were ruined and it was really just seized nuts on the studs coming out.
I remember someone talking about using allen bolts ? stainless ? class 8.8 ?

Intake Manifold is M8x1.25 PC 10.9 bolts

Exhaust manifold is M8x1.25 studs and nuts

I've used hardware store 304 stainless hardware for manifold bolts/studs and had galling problems with the aluminum head. Nitronic 60 stainless fasteners seem like the best choice. You can find them from several fastener companies via internet search.

For the intake, you can use bolts from a VW, the ones with the intake and exhaust on the same side like ours. There allen head, great if you've modded the lower intake by welding up the pinch bolts. MAKE sure the head holes are ok, its possible they need HELI-COILING or they've been done and the HELI-COILS are bad.

Exhaust, you should use studs, they have a higher clamping force, stainless is the best to use. Use hi temp antiseize and put thread sealer on the studs that go into the water jacket.
