feel it was this unit or the rack that caused the crash aside from the roads being wet.
when i crashed, i went through grass and mudd, so the engine was pretty dirty so i cleaned it off as much as i could, but because of the mudd the belts should be taken off looked at and cleaned. This goes for the pullys to.

INTERCOOLER KIT
intercooler:
22 1/4" long (end tank to end tank)
6 1/2" tall
3 1/2" thick
2" outlet/inlet
pipes:
high grade polished mandrel bent aluminium
2 3/8" O/D
2 1/16" I/D
comes with:
1st gen DSM BOV (crushed)
'D' valve
rubber
NO CLAMPS!
pipes have scratches from car crash and such...to make them look really good i would sand/polish again
pipes I/D are larger then my throttle body, so dont think they would restrict flow
**********Also i made this kit to fit with my A/C!!*******
the section for the D valve doesnt look as good as the rest btw
word to the wise: get good clamps!
in order to install kit you would need to...
cut the upper rad outlet pipe a little and cut holes for intercooler piping to go through the rad sapport wall.
