Bought one of R/T's woody wagons today. Tracy was VERY up front and honest with me from the get go, and was also VERY understanding and helpful! He took time out of his own schedule to do preventive maintenance on some items that I would have never expected him to worry about, as it wasn't even an issue at the time of sale! Would DEFINITELY deal with again, a real stand-up guy!!!
