Anyone ever install oil squirters into a non turbo block? Or have pics of a turbo block with them installed?

The easiest way to get oil on the bottoms of the pistons is to use a 1/8" mill and bump the sides of the connecting rods so the pressurized oil will squirt up past the side of the rod onto the bottom of the piston. Just a little will do ya.

Here is a pic of them from the Hot Rod article about the SRT4 motor.

04+ use the upgraded turbo block, so the non turbo blocks are supposed to have the passages for the oil squirters already but not machined. So it would be a matter of machining the flats and installing the squirters.

24v 5.9 Cummins I'm machining has plastic thing cone shaped squirters that are pressed into a drilled hole that comes out of the main saddle. It is using main bearing oil pressure.

It may not be worth it to put so much oil on the bottom of the pistons. If you ever seen how much gets around the rod side clearance, it's usually plenty. Especially for a 1/4 mile at a time........ If you're going to run 24 hours at WOT, then it would be worth it to use the squirters......

The GSXR Suzukis were oil cooled; no, actually they were air cooled but with an oil cooler the size of a radiator and high volume squirters aimed at the pistons. In the end, as the bike horsepower wars progressed, the inferior heat transfer rate of oil as compared to water forced Suzuki to go with liquid cooling. I don't know whether the later models retained the oil squirters.
