ok. First off i have read alot of info on this and have been on the d-cal boards for about 2 years now. just never read them.
i am looking to run a +20 cal for now and a 3 bar +40 later. i have +40's right now not in the car but in my posession and i have +20's on the way.
I have looked into the dcal prog and i can identify which is actually boost.
i think i found it but am not sure.
i just right now want a base t1 89 2.5 with FMIC 3 angle job no balence shafts +20's knock flash mild ported exaust mani and intake mani 5 speed with no governor maybe charge air temp (i have a t-2 manifold).
what is the max boost i can get out of the 2 bar map sensor? 14.7 right. so i will have to have a 3 bar map to achieve higher then that with the wastegate correct.
if so i will get a 3bar and would like 17 psi of boost to start with. more aggressive wastegate duty of course and better spark retard on knock(if possible) .

what is my best option for a cal with this.
and how do i modify boost of a current cal on the market?

Do you have a wideband and EGT?

If not, get those first.

i am hooking up a wideband really soon.
i have a air/fuel right now and i will be getting EGT asap
